This is gorgeous. I love how you brought out the cool black of the Friesian's coat with the colors you chose.
Question, though...I've only ridden Western for the past 21 years, so I'm a bit clueless on English tack. I know this is a dressage bridle, but does it have two bits?

Wou will ride western with the friesians too? They carry their head so high, can't imagine them being any good at it
I don't really like friesians myself though. Or dressage, or black horses....
you did a great job on this one...it looks realistic but not like a photo....thumbs up!
Actually, we'll be using them for medieval reenactments, so we'll be using period-correct saddles and an Aussie stock saddle on them. And I don't think they'd be good at most Western activities, either.
I never had much experience with them until I moved to California. I boarded my horse across the street from the Spearmint Rhino ranch that breeds top of the line imported Friesians, so I got to be around them. They kinda remind me of giant black labs. It'll be interesting owning one since the only breeds that I've ever owned are mustangs and a Quarterhorse
